SENATE BILL NO. 219 "An Act providing for the transfer of and                                                                   
addition of names to a personal use cabin permit for a cabin on state                                                           
land; and providing for an effective date" was read the third time.                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senator Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from                                                              
voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator                                                         
Reinbold was required to vote.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 219 "An Act                                                                          
providing for the transfer of and addition of names to a personal use                                                           
cabin permit for a cabin on state land; and providing for an effective
